Shipping Policy – Brokkfit

At Brokkfit (www.brokkfit.com), we aim to process and ship your fitness gear as quickly as possible so you can start your journey.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

 Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

 Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) begin processing on Monday.

 During peak seasons (e.g., New Year, Black Friday), processing may take 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states:

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 Lost in transit: If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of "delivered" status at contact@brokkfit.com and we will open an investigation.

 Stolen packages: Brokkfit is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a locker pickup option.

 Delayed shipments: Once the carrier has possession of your package, Brokkfit is not responsible for carrier-related delays (weather, holidays, operational issues). We will, however, assist you in filing a claim.


4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

 If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at shipping@brokkfit.com

 If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address at no charge.

 If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any address correction fees charged by the carrier, or the package may be returned to us (additional shipping fees will apply to resend).


5. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages (e.g., apparel ships separately from heavy dumbbells). You will receive a tracking number for each package.
