At Brokkfit (www.brokkfit.com), we want you to love your fitness gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and ship your item(s) back to us.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused & Unwashed – Items must show no signs of wear, sweat, deodorant marks, or washing.
Original Packaging – Include all original boxes, poly bags, tags, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase – Order number or original receipt is required.
⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, underwear, sports bras, compression shorts, and opened resistance bands are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Gift cards
Clearance / final sale items (marked as such on product page)
Downloadable workout plans or digital products
Any item with broken hygiene seals (e.g., opened protein powder containers, if sold)
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at returns@brokkfit.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: We will send you a return authorization and instructions (including the return address).
Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging.
Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns).
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error (wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) – shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Processing time: 5–7 business days after receipt.
Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brokkfit.com.
Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and the original packaging.
We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
Return the original item following the process above.
Place a new order on www.brokkfit.com.
This helps you receive the correct item faster.
